Hi, I’m Bri, the owner and head coach of Balanced Body Blueprint Coaching. For over five years, I’ve been helping individuals achieve life-changing transformations, specializing in strength training and body recomposition. I’m passionate about empowering people to reach their full potential by providing the knowledge and guidance they need to succeed. (also I am a dog mom/competitive bodybuilder/outdoors-woman)
As a NASM-certified personal trainer (CPT) and nutrition coach (CNC) with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, I bring a no-nonsense, evidence-based approach to fitness and nutrition. At BBB Coaching, we focus on achieving permanent, sustainable results while cutting through the noise of fad diets and ineffective programs.

I’m Carter! A fitness coach who helps men achieve their dream physique. I used to struggle with proper nutrition and feeling comfortable in the gym, but through weight training and a solid diet, I turned things around.
With 4 years of bodybuilding experience, I now guide others to build strength and confidence. Here at Balanced Body Blueprint, we believe highly in using science-based methods and proven strategies to turn your dream version of YOU into reality
When I’m not training, you’ll find me enjoying things like hunting, fishing, camping, or just taking my truck for a drive in the woods!
